Simply Bake – Sweet Pastry

This product can be used in the production of tart bases, currant squares, pie crust or in any application where a sweet paste might be required.

The product is available in a 5kg box, wrapped in a food grade blue tinted plastic bag. The product is clearly labeled with ingredients, barcode and best before date.

The Sweet Pastry must be stored in a chiller at +5 Degrees Celsius. If stored correctly the product has a shelf life of 3 months.

To use, simply open the box, remove the product from the bag and roll the product out to the desired size and thickness, press the pastry into your foil tartlet liner or baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.









Simply Bake – Melting Moment

The Simply Bake Melting Moment premix is a ready to bake 5kf Melting Moment premix.

Simply beat the premix in your mixer with a flat beater for 2 minutes, then pipe the product onto a wax sheeted baking pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 – 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Simply Bake – Crunchie Premix

The Simply Bake Crunchie Mix is easy to use.

Allow the product to reach room temperature and roll the premix out onto on a baking tray. Then bake for 35 minutes at 160 degrees until golden brown. Cut and decorate with chocolate if required.

Simply Bake – Cookie Dough

Available in Choc Chip, Blue Berry And Candy Cookie flavours, the Simply Bake Cookie Dough premix is easy and quick to use.

Allow the product to reach room temperature and roll the premix int 30-35g balls and place them on a baking tray. Then bake for 13 minutes at 180 degrees then allow to cool.
